Welcome to the White House! And just think, you didn't even have to win a primary in New Hampshire or Idaho! Relax in the White House's Cozy new living room and sports bar!

Now we're not saying that you could have a really great time here, but if you are in the mood, there is a working Bar, a kick-butt sound system, a simple to operate 270 degree fireplace, a loft, and wow! Also, immediately off the Living Room is the dining room to seat your friends and family. The Party often ends up here...
Our Country kitchen with all appliances, including a dishwasher, is just off the Dining Room.
And to top things off...The Hot Tub on the Porch!
Whew! Now Where Do We Sleep!??? As you walk through the front door of the White House you will find, storage for Skis and Boots, the first bedroom on the Right
and the staircase leading up to the four bedrooms on the second floor. Heading up these stairs, the first thing you will notice is the washer/dryer in the middle of the hallway. Everybody gets equal and convenient access!
The first two of the four upstairs bedrooms are on your right overlooking the village. All of these bedrooms are cozy and contain full size beds (some with futon mattresses). Two of the four upstairs bedrooms have a vanity sink in the room and their own private bathrooms. There is also a bathroom with a shower on this floor, in addition to those in the bedrooms.
There are three other bedrooms on the Second Floor , here's one of them, again overlooking the village.
The second bedroom on your right, just past the centrally located washer/dryer closet, has access to the sleeping loft.
The Loft (beware of invasions of kids - who can spy on things)
The Loft staircase leads to the main floor Living Room/Sports Bar area. This is the Staircase out of the living room up to the loft!
We are done .. Payment terms: Receipt of your check for half of the costs, payable to Rob Pike, (rent, hot tub fee, 9% tax, a minimum of $300 refundable security deposit) or a payment of $500 to PayPal will secure your accommodations, as long as someone else hasn’t secured the rental before you. It should be sent to our NY office at Rob Pike, 21 Andover St., Ludlow Vermont 05149 Our policy is first come, first served, so we encourage you to send your initial payment using an overnight delivery service like FedEx, UPS or Airborne. We then send you a confirmation of your arrival date, departure date and payment balance. That confirmation, along with the descriptions, answers to FAQs, terms and conditions contained on this web site on the date of the receipt of your payment constitute our agreement. Your final check, payable to Rob Pike, is due three weeks prior to your rental date. Your security deposit is refunded to you about two weeks from your departure date, after the house has been inspected for damage, missing items and/or excessive cleaning needs.
