We clean them, and change the water for your health every rental, there is a $100 hot tub charge to provide this service on all rentals.

For combo rates, or rental periods for which the rate chart doesn't clearly apply, Call Rob 802 779 2814Call Rob Pike at 802 779 2814 for estimates, and rates, special events, bad jokes....Rates for the other Houses are on the Individual house page (though that will change within the next several weeks)Book now, before Rob figures out how truly inexpensive these rates are per person.The PayPal Date Hold OptionOnce you have contacted Pike's Peaks and we have notified you of the availability of your preferred rental home and dates, you can make a quick, easy down payment to put a hold your preferred rental dates with a $500.00 PayPal rental deposit, and a check for 50% of the entire rental plus tax and security. That is your full downpayment. Click the PayPal logo below, complete and submit the PayPal payment form to hold your reservation dates. You should then email us at robpike@verizon.net to notify us of your payment, with house name and date of rental. We will acknowledge the date hold, and after we receive the entire downpayment we then confirm your reservation, and provide the schedule and preferred method for payment of the rest of the rental fees. Please note, that you must get the entire 50% downpayment to us within three working days, or the hold on the rental dates can be lifted. Payable to Rob Pike, 21 Andover St. Ludlow, Vermont 05149 Our policy is first come, first served, so we encourage you to send your full downpayment using an overnight delivery service like FedEx, UPS or Airborne. That confirmation, along with the descriptions, answers to FAQs, terms and conditions contained on this web site on the date of the receipt of your payment constitute our agreement. Your final check, payable to Rob Pike, is due three weeks prior to your rental date. Your security deposit is refunded to you about two weeks from your departure date, after the house has been inspected for damage, missing items and/or excessive cleaning needs.
