"Hi Rob, The place is great! Just as pictured. We had an awesome time! A lot of us took dips in the hot tub and loved it!! We put all 3 fireplaces to good use as well. ... The shuttle service right in front of the house is definitely a BIG plus!!! The driver seems to know the
River house well." Liya Jan 08

The Curto's were here for a family reunion- this week. We went shopping, hiking, biking up Pleasant St. and to the cemetery. We went biking up Okemo Mt., Bill did anyways.

We went to Bromley & Echo lake, we went swimming, kayaking, boating with a tube, and we all fell off!! Bromley was the best!! Lovely hot tub, I want to take it home!

The Curto's.

August 1

The River house offered us a wonderful solution to 2 families who had never been on vacation before with their toddlers. We had Brooke & Joseph who are almost 3 yr old twins here and Melissa who is 1. Each child had a terrific time playing here. The parent's loved it too!! We "partied" in the hot tub and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings of Ludlow. Our sightseeing included a great time at Billings Farm, Echo Lake, Butterfly Conservatory, shopping and cheese factory. Thanks for a great week!

The Petrucci's & The Patino's

August 15

We had a wonderful time. The house is quite impressive & very comfortable. ... The picnic
table on the deck was a great place to relax. We are only sorry to miss
the Zuke-Fest, maybe next year!!

We just arrived, what do you Vermonters call those strange looking ducks with antlers?

August 19

We all tried new 2x flavor of soft serve ice cream, it was scrumptious.

My time at Vermont was fabulous. I had fun every day. We went on the Alpine Slide and bungi jumped, rock diving, and I went on water slides. I never liked swimming in natural water with fish. But when I went swimming in Vermont lakes I loved it.

At my time at Vermont we went on the Alpine slide and the water slide and bungi jumping. Who would have a better summer then that. We went in Vermonts water park which had a lake in it.

Thanksgiving weekend

This house was great!! It gave an awesome set up too. It gave the kids the downstairs to play pool and games while the parents could relax
upstairs. The hot tub was a great place to hang out.

Us kids even found a teen night club in Ludlow, American Pie, mostly locals, must for any teens!! Called Rampage. It has a basketball court, indoor skate park(sorta) and pool table. And a lot of other things too. It is a great place to hang out and meet other people. There is plenty of places to ski too, Okemo Mt., Killington 15-20 mins. depending on the road. This was a great house, thanks so much!

Molly age 13

P.S. - Mom's favorite, cinnamon raisin French toast at the Hatchery-light a fire in the living room-turn off all the lights and watch the =
river flow by moonlight.

December 25,

We just arrived it's Christmas eve. We have 6 families from NY, NY & Florida. Some of the Children never saw snow! This house was terrific, the teens hurry out on the 2nd level and the adults enjoyed the 3rd level. We all learned to ski at Okemo, the lessons are great, even the children were able to ski down the mountain the second day.

Check out = American Pie, Cappuccinos and Niki's. Thank you!! P.S.- all the kids had
fun, we had fun, we had fun!! And they all liked the house! We had fun.

We had an awesome time, this house is so phat! We [found romance] in every room and played ring around the rosie, blindfolded. Thanks for the nice place. Thank you.

January 23-26,

We had 20 people and the place was great!! Good for any big old family that wants to hang out.

Superbowl Weekend 04

The short bus dozen was here today and the last 3 days. The best time we can remember. The patriots won the Superbowl, Janet Jackson capped off boob fest.

Albany, Atlanta, and New Hampshire

Feb 20-22

Large group overtook the place. Beer, food and fun. And skiing. Made for a great time. Hot tub was the key element. Left behind a little kitty in the rafters to watch over things till we got back. Best discovery of the trip was the Molsen Light 28 pack promo case, ahhh marketing, will you never stop? Thanks for the place.

March 8,

The hot tub was refreshing after skiing. The house was so big and gave us lots of room. The loft is very comfortable ... Hey people, this place is great!!

April 16,

We came, we saw, we are looking to buy. Keith, Mindy and Abby came during mud season and still loved it. The house was a great getaway for a couple and dog who just wanted to get away from it all for a week. Abby, dog, loved running up and down the stairs and the great big windows where she watched the people in town go by. Thanks all!!
