Owner takes a $2000 utility deposit and pays for all bills, accounting monthly or at end of season. Guest pays plowing, trash removal, cleaning on departure, electric, firewood
Owner also takes a $1200 security deposit refundable if the house is left in order at end of season.

Directions: Rt.100 north to Plymouth 7 miles, left onto Crimson Hawk Rd. just after the Hawk resort on the right. House is 3rd driveway on the right, ¼ mile up the hill.
