There is a certain sense of arrival about this home, not only to a wonderful place in the country, but also, to a certain station in life.

This extraordinary farm house, a venerable but well restored reminder of a simpler time is on 65 Acres and about 15 minutes east of Okemo Mountain Base Lodge. When you get there, trust me, you have arrived.

The front porch has a few sturdy steps, a graceful entryway to an entrance lobby which blossoms out to the great room. The fireplace, TV, directly open to a fully equipped country kitchen and a small dining area. Just off the country kitchen is a formal dining area.

Staying warm and cozy is easy.

Once you have contacted either Kim or Rob of Pike's Peaks and they have notified you of the availability of your preferred rental home and dates, you can make a quick, easy down payment to put a hold your preferred rental dates with a $500.00 PayPal rental deposit, and a check for 50% of the entire rental plus tax and security. That is your full downpayment

Click the PayPal logo below, complete and submit the PayPal payment form to hold your reservation dates. You should then email us at wasup@pikus.com to notify us of your payment, with house name and date of rental. 

We will acknowledge the date hold, and after we receive the entire downpayment we then confirm your reservation, and provide the schedule and preferred method for payment of the rest of the rental fees.

We operate on a first payment, first reserved policy, based on the actual receipt of the down payment. PayPal makes it happen fast!

Please note, that you must get the entire 50% downpayment to us within three working days, or the hold on the rental dates can be lifted.

Our policy is first come, first served, so we encourage you to send your full downpayment using an overnight delivery service like FedEx, UPS or Airborne. 

That confirmation, along with the descriptions, answers to FAQs, terms and conditions contained on this web site on the date of the receipt of your payment constitute our agreement. 

Your final check, payable to Rob Pike, is due three weeks prior to your rental date...
