Austin's is located
on Rt. 100 N. About 100 yards from Rt. 103. Okemo main access road is
2 minutes away. The Jackson Gore entrance is 30 seconds away. We have spent many hours renovating the interior of this early 1900's farmhouse. The lower floor features a 25x30 family room with a 54in TV and a 4½ by 9 ft slate pool table. Next to that is a bathroom with a washer and dryer. The sitting room is 16x13 and features another big screen TV and fireplace. Our dining room
has 3 tables and will seat three families very easily. The commercial
kitchen features a butcher block center piece and a new refrigerator,
stove, dishwasher, microwave. Upstairs there are 6 bedrooms with 4 baths.

Once you have contacted Rob of Pike's Peaks and they have notified you of the availability of your preferred rental home and dates, you can make a quick, easy down payment to put a hold your preferred rental dates with a $500.00 PayPal rental deposit, and a check for 50% of the entire rental plus tax and security. That is your full downpayment Click the PayPal logo below, complete and submit the PayPal payment form to hold your reservation dates. You should then email us at wasup@pikus.com to notify us of your payment, with house name and date of rental. We will acknowledge the date hold, and after we receive the entire downpayment we then confirm your reservation, and provide the schedule and preferred method for payment of the rest of the rental fees. We operate on a first payment, first reserved policy, based on the actual receipt of the down payment. PayPal makes it happen fast! Please note, that you must get the entire 50% downpayment to us within three working days, or the hold on the rental dates can be lifted. Payable to Rob Pike, 21 Andover St., Ludlow, Vermont, 05149 Our policy is first come, first served, so we encourage you to send your full downpayment using an overnight delivery service like FedEx, UPS or Airborne. That confirmation, along with the descriptions, answers to FAQs, terms and conditions contained on this web site on the date of the receipt of your payment constitute our agreement.
